  • Where within Australia can you ship to?


  • Can you ship outside Australia?

Yes.  Of course, we will have to provide a quote first, depending the item ordered, the quantity, and the destination.

  • How do I request a formal quote?

Simply choose items from our catalogue and add them to your Shopping Cart.  When you finish, use the checkout to check your quantities, describe your printing requirements, and choose Provide quote only as the payment method.

  • I want to order something not shown on your website.  Can you supply it?

There’s a good chance that we can.  Our website shows less than 10% of the total product ranges available to us as a corporate clothing and promotional merchandise distributor.  Please use our Quote Request contact form to describe the item in as much detail as possible, including product codes (if available), quantities required, colours, and any decoration requirements.  If you have a link to another website showing the item, that’s even better…!

  • Can you provide a sample of a product before we order a large quantity?

Yes – we can supply an undecorated sample so that you can see and feel any product prior to ordering in bulk.  This is provided at the item price plus postage/freight, which we will quote for you.

If you decide not to order, you keep the sample. (Or, you can return it, but you’ll have to cover postage and we’ll have to pass on any re-stocking fees.)

If you decide to order 100 items or more of the sample product, we will rebate the full sample cost, including postage/freight, from your bulk order. So you’ll have the sample ‘for free’ after your bulk order.

If you require a sample that includes your printed/embroidered logo, this will cost extra because of the printing setup overheads.  However, you will not have to pay the setup overhead again if you proceed with the bulk order.

  • Can you print / engrave / embroider items that I supply?

Often we can – it just depends on the nature of the item and the condition it’s in.  Use our Quote Request contact form to ask us about it.  Provide as much detail as you can, including quantities.

  • Why are your prices shown “ex. GST”?

Although we supply many items direct to the public, Upbeat Promotions is a provider of promotional clothing and merchandise primarily for businesses that want to promote their brand.  It is common practice to quote trade pricing ex GST, so we’ve simply left all of our prices displayed that way on our website.

If you place an order or request a quote, our checkout will add the correct amount of GST for you and display the total price before you commit to any purchase.

  • I’ve seen something advertised elsewhere at a cheaper price.  Can you match or beat the other price?

Usually yes, we can.  Our price matching policy is described here.

  • Will you accept returns?

We generally can if the items are undecorated, unworn and unused. Our returns policy is described more fully in our Terms and Conditions here.
