• (Re-) Launch!

    Hello everyone and welcome to the new Upbeat Promotions website!

    We’ve been working hard the past few months to get everything in order.  But we do know there’s still a lot more to be done.  We decided to launch now, knowing that there are still a few things missing or otherwise not quite right, because we’ve been eager to show off our new facelift!

    At the moment probably the most obvious gap is that we haven’t finished uploading all of our existing product images.  We’ll get there eventually.  And the product range over all — frankly, that will never be finished.  Our manufacturers release new products constantly, and we keep discovering new manufacturers whose products we’d like to offer.  So there there will always be something new to offer to our customers.

    One of the features we’ve enhanced is our online quote request mechanism.  This works just like a familiar shopping cart from any typical e-commerce site.  When you find a product you’re considering, simply Add it to your cart (with the ‘Add to Cart’ button on the product page of course!), then use the Checkout to send us a quote request, along with instructions about your company logo.

    Note that you can use this feature if you want to order an item directly (ie., without embroidery or other printed decoration), provided your order size is 12 items or less.  You can pay by PayPal or direct deposit.  But most of the time, we expect our customers to simply request a quote instead. When we receive your request this way, we’ll calculate the total costs, including decoration, setup and freight, etc.  We’ll email the information back to you, normally in 24 hours or less.

    We’d love to hear your feedback, of course.  Certainly while the new website is still settling in, we expect there could be a few issues here and there, so certainly we’d appreciate hearing about them!
